LIST OF NOMINEES FOR WHO IS WHO IN CROSS RIVER NORTH OUT

Governor of Cross River State, Prof Ben Ayade has topped the list of nominees for the maiden edition of publication entitled “Ogoja Province: A Compendium of Who is Who in Northern Senatorial District of Cross River State.

The publication is aimed at chronicling distinguished sons and daughters of Old Ogoja province whose achievements and contributions to society have been a source of inspiration to the younger generations.

The publisher of the publication Godshield Kanjal, says, the project is tagged “Ogoja Legacy Project Season One” and that “with this publication, legacies of illustrious sons and daughters of the region will be remembered by future generations”

He added that nominees were selected through random sampling method, adding that it followed stringent scrutiny by the learned team involved in the project

He stressed that the general public were not left out in the selection exercise as they were adjudged to be worthy to feature in the book

He however maintained that the nominees cut across various strata including farmers, technocrats, artisans, professionals, politicians, entrepreneurs etc.

Ogoja Province: A Compendium of who is who in Northern Senatorial District of Cross River State would be authored by Kanjal Godshield and Ogar Emmanuel and forwarded by Senator Victor Ndoma Egba SAN and expected for launch in November 2015.
