The family of
Mrs. Atim Ewok, 75, in Ikot Abasi Effiom community, Akpabuyo Local Government
Area of Cross River State have been thrown into mourning following the death of
their son who is their breadwinner of the family.Late Itoro Titus, 32, has been alleged to have been gruesomely murdered by a popular native doctor, Late Mr.Friday Okon, over N5, 000.
Late Itoro Titus asked the Herbalist to refund the fee he had paid, after he failed to heal his wife who was suffering from epilepsy.
The incident our Correspondence gathered, occurred on May 6, 2015, when Late Itoro Titus, visited
the herbalist, to consult him for native medication on his wife, who was suffering from epilepsy.
It was learnt
that, late Itoro, had married the epileptic woman recently, shortly after his
former wife died of a strange illness, so that she could assist in taking care
of the two kids whom she left behind.
